Built in 1960s and recently upgraded, this quaint Studio Guest Suite is the perfect getaway for couples looking to relax and rejuvenate. The interior is cozy and brimming with quirky retro design. It has a fully stocked kitchen, games, comfy bed with linen comforter, blankets, books, vinyls and a romantic electric fireplace. Outside you'll find a propane fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs, hammock, propane grill with utensils, several spaces to lounge and a private two person hot tub with blue tooth speakers. NOTES / HOUSE RULES: (1) PRIVACY: The Gingersnap is a private lower suite attached to the main house where the owners reside. You have private parking, indoor space with full kitchen bed and bath, and private unshared outdoor space with grill, fire pit and hot tub. Curtains surround the deck space with the hot tub and can be opened or closed to create as private an environment as needed. (2) FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is electric and only for fire lighting ambiance, not heat. The cabin has a full heating and AC wall unit for temperature control. (3) PETS: We are pet friendly! However, pets are not allowed on the bed, duvet, furniture and blankets. Please bring a pet blanket or bed to help cut down on pet hair and smells. Dogs may not be left alone at the cabin unsupervised. Yard is fully fenced in and pups can run free! (4) CANCELATIONS: We adhere to AirBnb’s strict cancelation policy and suggest all guests obtain travel insurance to protect themselves in the rare instance your travel plans change. (5) CHECK IN / OUT: Early check-in and late checkouts are unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs.
