Neighborhood
We are along Road 222, the main path around the lake, which makes it more easily accessible during snowy conditions. The cabin is nestled into a valley with its sister cabins, The Cookiebutter and The Jolly Rancher and backs up to the Sierra National Forest. It’s a perfect spot for walking to the lake or hiking through the forest. We are on the north eastern side of the lake putting us a 3 minute drive to The Forks for burgers and drinks and 12 minutes from Miller’s Landing where you can rent boats, kayaks, jet skis etc.
Guest Access
You will have full access to your own private driveway, parking, entry, living space, outdoor space with patio, grill, hammock and fire pit. A digital keypad is used to enter the property. Owners are available to give you tour of the space and property upon request.
Find us
You have your own dedicated parking spot right off the main road. We are within walking distance to the lake. Many people enjoy biking around the lake, although in peak season it may not be suitable for children as the roads get busier with tourists. Driving is a great choice when you have coolers and lawn chairs to tote around with many National Park-run parking lots for a small fee OR finding spots along the road. Reach out if you have any questions about the area!
